Brent Civic Centre, North London | 2003 - 2005 | 4 phase project: position paper, feasibility study, briefing study, second stage feasibility study

The London Borough of Brent sought to bring together a fragmented office portfolio and workforce, and to improve community engagement with local democracy, by building a new civic centre. We collaborated with leading thinkers to provide four reports to underpin this project: a position paper on current European thinking with three illustrative models; departmental briefing/space planning to establish an outline brief; and two feasibility studies testing this brief on eight sites.
